• 1/2 yard woven cotton fabric
• Matching thread
• Fabric scissors or rotary cutter
• Cutting mat (if using rotary cutter)
• Iron
• Sewing machine
• Ruffle foot (optional)
• Bias Tape Maker kit (optional)
