**What “almost organic” means to us:

Official organic certification is both time-consuming and expensive, making it out of reach for small farms like ours.

When we say we are “almost organic” we mean:

• Everything we grow is non-GMO. Always.

• We do not use pesticides or herbicides anywhere on our property. Ever.

• All of our farming practices are bee and pollinator friendly.

• We use interplanting, cover crops and crop rotation to naturally reduce pest pressure and increase soil fertility.

• We believe in transparency and welcome questions about what we do!
